What Your Counseling Session Involves
The length of the Counseling session depends on the service
you choose. It's important to know exactly
what you're getting before you pay for the service. Even though I guarantee a response in
72 hours, most of the time I respond
within 24 hours or less. Sundays are my day off, so they are not counted in
my response time.
I Need an Answer Now Counseling
If you've chosen this service**:
- I send you an e-mail asking for more detailed information about your situation.
- You send the additional information.
- I send you a full counselling e-mail.
- You send your response to the counseling
email with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as the results of
any exercises.
- I send you a concluding e-mail.
**Please keep in mind that the time it takes
to read what you write is part of the session. I will ask for additional details
as needed.
Quick Counseling
If you've chosen this service**:
- I send you an e-mail asking for more
detailed information about your situation.
- You send the additional information.
- I send
you a full counselling e-mail.
- You send your response to the counseling
email with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as
the results of any exercises.
- Steps 3 and 4 are repeated.

Extensive Counseling
If you've chosen this service**:

- You send the additional information.

you a full counselling e-mail.

email with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as
the results of any exercises.
- Steps 3 and 4 are repeated seven more
times.
- I send you a concluding e-mail.
For relationship counseling with two people,
the session is shared, resulting in each of you sending an initial email
describing how you see the situation. The counseling responses are individual emails for both of
you to read and learn from.

Unlimited Counseling for One Month
If you've chosen this service:
- I send you an e-mail asking for more
detailed information about your situation.
- You send the additional information.
- I send you a full counselling e-mail.
- You may send an unlimited number of
emails.
- Steps 3 and four are repeated for one
month, unless more time is needed to conclude the session, up to 7 hours of
my time.
- I send you a concluding e-mail.
